The impact of our "robust" economy can be bad news to small businesses like ours. Everything is much more expensive. We have cutback on inventory to minimize cost impacts but still have to
raise the prices on our stuff. Sorry! One result will be we will run out of jam very quickly this year.
In spite of higher costs Our jams, jellies, butters, marmalades, and relishes are
made seasonally when the fruit is at its most flavorful peak. Typically, we get the fruit in the early AM just
after it is picked and have it in a jar by Noon. Can't get any fresher than that!
It also means when these delicious
items sell out they will not be available again until next season. So
please order your favorites early and often!
